Eligibility Criteria: All those Family members who want to apply online must having the citizenship of India or living at the present area.

Educational Qualification: As per the details the head of the female family member who able to read & write the local language and must have their Voter ID proof, Bank Passbook & Aadhar Card.

Age Limit: Minimum age 18 years and maximum no age bar required to apply online, for all the applicants to apply through online.

How to Apply: 

1. People who want to apply online must visit the official website i.e. fcs.up.nic.in
2. Now from the same home page click on the new registration option.
3. Fill up all the details related to his family like district, area, mobile number and upload a passport size family photograph.
4. After completing the online registration process click on the proceed option.
5. Now download all the details.
6. Please take a hard copy of it for further usage.
